Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo on Tuesday claimed Kenyans don’t use brains in making election decisions.

Kabogo who was speaking at an interview on Royal media’s Hot 96 expressed his fears of the political mood in the country.

“During Elections We Don’t Use Our Brains. We Just Go Back To Vote For The Same People We Complain About.

If You Ask Kenyans Kwa Ground, 90% of These Politicians Would Not Come Back After Elections, BUT, Wait For 2022, They Will Vote Them In & Start Complaining.” Kabogo said.

”We Have Almost 18 Months To The General Elections & We Are Already Into The Campaign Mood. 2 Yrs After The Elections We Shall Still Be In Politics Mood.

As It Is Now, For You To Go For These Rallies Moving Forward, You Need To Have ‘Karate’ & ‘Taekwondo’ Lessons To Defend Yourself.

We Should Be Very Worried On The Trends Happening. Why Do You Attend A Rally Of Someone You Do Not Support? Why Not Wait For Your Favorite Politician & Show Up?

Do You Think There Shall Be Peace in 2022 If We Continue With This Trend? Are We Not Preparing Ourselves For Violence?” Kabogo continued.

In the interview, The Former Kiambu Governor said if he was elected president, his first move will be to reduce taxes.

He also denied claims that he was in the same college with Waititu saying they are cut from a ‘very different cloth’.
